Peabody set to deliver 328 affordable homes as part of major regeneration of West Ham Station

Peabody is delighted to announce that we will be working in partnership with developers Berkeley homes South East London to deliver 328 new affordable homes. The site called Stephenson Street is part of a major multi-phase regeneration of West Ham Station and the wider area.

Stephenson Street sits adjacent to West Ham Station and benefits from excellent connections and served by the Jubilee, District & Hammersmith Lines in zone 2.

Peabody will deliver 229 Shared Ownership homes at Stephenson Street

As part of the deal, Peabody will deliver 229 Shared Ownership homes as well as 99 affordable rented homes as we continue with our mission to help support first time buyers onto the property ladder.

The Shared Ownership homes at Stephenson Street will be made up of Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, with the vast majority of the public realm for the multi phased development coming forward in Phase 1. The homes will also benefit from the improved infrastructure and access to West Ham Station. The first phase is due to be completed by the end of 2023.
