Peabody set to deliver 457 new homes in Newham, E15 including 61 Shared Ownership homes and 80 much needed London Affordable Rent homes in partnership with London Square.

Peabody is delighted to announce Vulcan Wharf, a Joint Venture site in partnership with London Square, set to deliver mixed-tenure homes in Newham East London, E15. The site will consist of 316 private sale homes, 80 London Affordable and a further 61 Shared Ownership homes, a part-buy part-rent government backed scheme aimed at helping first time buyers onto the property ladder.

Vulcan Wharf, which will include a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bed homes across all tenures is set to complete early 2025 with the sales launch for Shared Ownership homes anticipated to take place in 2024.
