We’re working hard to keep our essential services running while helping to keep our residents safe. We are therefore continuing to follow the latest advice from the government and Public Health England and reviewing our services to ensure we can support everyone connected to Peabody as well as the wider community as best we can.

Take a look at some of the things we have done to support the efforts towards Coronavirus (Covid-19):

New Resident Well-being Team

At Peabody, we are stepping up our social responsibility to everyone within our communities by introducing our new Resident Well-being Team. Throughout this uncertain time we will be working with local partners and services to support where it’s needed the most, whether that be food deliveries for our more vulnerable residents or 1-1 advice and guidance on rental queries from our tenants. As well as this we’ve also launched a new website PeabodyPeople.org with useful information and contacts surrounding our support for COVID-19 available to access 24/7.

We understand in a time like it can be extra hard when you live alone, some of the services we are offering for those self-isolating are helping to deliver essential food supplies and medicine. If you are or know any Peabody residents in need of these services, you can get in touch with us through the website and by calling us on 0300 123 3456.

Our new website is also providing well-being resources, home schooling tips and links from local services and the latest government advice, to keep you as informed as possible or at least point you in the right direction to find out more.

Repairs & Communal Area Cleaning

We are doing everything we can to reduce the impact on all of our vital services our residents receive from us, however, this also means we are prioritising essential repairs and visits to our most vulnerable residents.

As well as repairs and visits, on top of their regular duties, Peabody caretakers are making sure that their communities are as safe as possible by sterilising high use areas such as door handles, push plates and lift buttons, ensuring residents are as safe as possible within their home.

Book An Online Viewing With Peabody

Our top priority is the well-being and safety of our customers and employees. We have therefore taken the difficult decision to put all face-to-face property viewings on hold until further notice following Government advice.

Our Sales Team are all set up to work remotely and are holding online viewings which you can join from the comfort of your own home. Using Zoom, we will be hosting personal video calls, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and have a virtual guided tour of homes with our Sales Team.

Search for new homes available to view online with Peabody and register your interest to book an online viewing slot.
