It has once again been a challenging 2018 in the sector with a heavy focus by Government to increase the volumes and improve quality standards in an industry and supply chain that is already stretched.
Despite this, Peabody has achieved ‘Gold’ in the latest, wholly independent, customer satisfaction awards. The awards are run by specialist market research company In-house Research Ltd and are based purely on our customer feedback.
In the survey year covering legal completions from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2018, over 90% of our customer’s said they would recommend Peabody.

Added credibility of the results comes from the fact that every customer is given the opportunity to complete the independent telephone survey. Through this feedback, practical decisions can be made on where improvements can be made, and where exceptional service is being delivered.
