The first phase of our brand new Southmere development comprising 130 new build homes in Thamesmead, SE2 has been shortlisted in the Regeneration Scheme of the Year category for the British Homes Awards 2021!
The judges will be looking for an ‘outstanding residential project acting as a catalyst for renewal and growth in an urban or rural setting', and the winner will be announced at a ceremony on 12 November.

Along with the 130 new homes, Southmere also boasts a new public square – Cygnet Square – which will have a library, retail shops, restaurants, cafes and community amenities for residents on their doorstep.
Cygnet Square will become a place where the community meets, with regular events and activities planned from July this year. Thamesmead’s first creative studio will also produce a permanent artwork for the square to be enjoyed by all!
