St. John's Way Wins Property Marketing Award
Our marketing campaign for St. John’s Way, a major regeneration project opposite Clapham Junction, has won the top prize in the regeneration category at the 2017 Property Marketing Awards.
The annual awards celebrate the best, most effective, innovative and creative marketing campaigns around the UK property industry.
To support the flagship regeneration of the 1930s St. John’s Hill estate, Peabody partnered with Focus Integrated to devise the “Live Life Your Way” campaign, with the aim of overcoming the estate’s negative reputation.
The campaign successfully engaged existing residents, who inspired the brand identity and messaging. It also delivered tangible benefits beyond sales success, re-establishing a renewed feeling of belonging for all.

Community engagement was essential in encouraging residents to fall in love with their home once more.
