We’ve won an incredible five awards at the prestigious Evening Standard New Homes Awards, including the coveted overall Grand Prix award! The awards are judged by an independent panel of property experts, as well as Evening Standard readers who’ve recently bought a property.

Winning just one award would have been a real achievement, so it’s amazing that we’ve won five. The winning developments were…

Fish Island Village

WINNER – Best Large Development

HIGHLY COMMENDED – Best Regeneration Project

Our joint venture with Hill also picked up two awards, including winner in the competitive Best Large Development category.

WINNER – Overall Grand Prix award

Stonelea Gardens (Stonelea & Thornbury)

WINNER – Best Shared Ownership Home

WINNER – Best Family Home

Six Oakum Square, one of the townhouses at Stonelea Gardens, was the winner in two categories.

Our happy Shared ownership homeowner Luisa Tatoli couldn’t be happier in her new home, and sang the praises of the scheme at the judge’s visit last month.

And it doesn’t stop there, we also have two developments in the running for a New London Architecture Award. Supported by the Mayor of London, the awards celebrate the very best architecture, planning and development schemes making the capital a better place in which to live, work and play.

The Reach, our development of 66 new homes in Thamesmead, and Monier Road which is part of Fish Island Village, are contenders in the housing category of the awards. Winners will be announced in November.

Well done to all the teams involved in delivering such incredible quality schemes, and putting together these brilliant entries.
