Valetta House is a one-bedroom apartment, located on the third floor of a twelve storey modern purpose built apartment block of similar flats, with a winter garden, constructed in 2018. The lease remaining on the property is 122 years.

On the doorstep of central London, Valetta House provides beautiful landscaped courtyards, luxurious interiors, and a building by world-leading architects Scott Brownrigg – all in one of the capital's most desirable riverside neighbourhoods. With Chelsea, Westminster and the  iconic Battersea Power Station nearby, this home will open up a new chapter in urban living – in one of the greatest cities in the world.

The area is notable for successfully blending its historic buildings with vibrant new architecture, such as the repurposed Battersea Power Station - an enigmatic icon now given a new lease of life. The tree-lined streets around the park also feature a range of grand Victorian houses and mansion blocks with original exteriors, and this abundance of period detail contributes to the area’s unique feel.

The undeniable focal point of Battersea is the park itself. As well as its children’s zoo, sports facilities, Peace Pagoda, and Millennium Arena, the park also features a beautifully intimate space for exhibitions at its Victorian Pump House Gallery. Other local architecture of historical interest includes the celebrated 18th-century St Mary’s Church, the Royal Academy of Dance, and the wonderful Albert and Chelsea bridges: both of which provide access to the River Thames footpath, which continues all the way to Kew - perfect for picturesque walks at all times of the year.

Renowned for its warm atmosphere, Battersea is a fresh, upbeat and cosmopolitan locale that offers a variety of possibilities for enjoying London life. Among Battersea’s most distinctive features is its unique range of cafés, markets and shops, which reflect much of its particular charm. The newly opened Park Central kitchen, deli and bar offers a selection of mouth-watering foods on your doorstep, whilst Northcote Road Market sells everything from artisan foods to art, antiques and curios. Other characterful shops nearby include the wonderfully named “Battersea Flower Station” florists, Braemar Antiques, the Humble Grape and the Hive Honey Shop which sells everything honeyrelated and even advises customers on beekeeping. Valetta House residents also have a number of options for their more everyday needs, including Waitrose, Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's a short distance away.

The property located on the third floor comprises:

  • Entrance: Open Hallway with a large cupboard and entry phone system.
  • Living Room: Generous living area with lots of natural light and door to winter garden. Laminate wood flooring.
  • Kitchen: Open plan kitchen, grey wall units with grey worktop and back splash. Integrated stainless steel oven, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Laminate wood flooring.
  • Bedroom One: Double bedroom. Carpeted flooring.
