Independent Mortgage Advisors

An Independent Mortgage Advisor (IMA) will check that you meet Peabody's affordability requirements and that the additional shares being purchased are not likely to cause you financial difficulties in the future when Staircasing.

Surveyors

Discover our panel of Surveyors who can be used to complete a property valuation needed for Staircasing. Under the terms of your lease, you are responsible for the cost of the valuation when completing a Staircasing transaction.
