Peabody is delighted to announce the purchase of a new site with planning on Frankham Street in Deptford, SE8, to create a selection of 1, 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes. The site will consist of 51 private sale, 117 London Affordable Rent and a further 41 homes available through Shared Ownership, a part-buy part-rent government backed scheme aimed at helping first time buyers onto the property ladder.
Working with award-winning architects PRP and appointed building contractor's Mulalley, Frankham Street will see the refurbishment of the Old Tidemill Victorian School, to create 209 new homes as well as a large public realm and play area designed in collaboration with residents from the local community.

The first completion at Frankham Street is anticipated for Autumn 2023 with a later phase completing in Winter 2025.
