Best Architectual Design & Best First Time Buyer Apartment for The Levers
The Levers, one of our flagship schemes in Elephant & Castle, was shortlisted for two awards: Best Architectural Design and Best First Time Buyer Apartment.
The development comprises fifty-five 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes for Shared Ownership and Private Sale with Help to Buy and Affordable Rent available. Designed by Alan Camp Architects, the design is inspired by the historic Victorian facade of Walworth Road.

Most Innovative Marketing Campaign
Merchant’s Walk, Peabody’s flagship regeneration in Bow, transformed a disused site into a community of 413 new homes, with 50% affordable housing.
It was nominated for Most Innovative Marketing Campaign for our ‘Walk it, Work it, Live it’ campaign which helped 240 first time buyers onto the property ladder.
