We are delighted to announce that The Levers, Amelia Street has been shortlisted at this Year's Inside Housing Development Awards. The ceremony celebrates the very best residential development across the UK over the past year.
- Completed on November 18 by Durkan and designed by Alan Camp Architects, The Levers, is Peabody’s first completely tenure blind scheme of 55 units consisting of Private Sale, Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent homes.

The Levers was nominated in the Best Affordable Housing Development (Urban) category which recognises a completed development that creates a new community and a desirable, high quality place to live that residents can afford.
The Winner will be announced on 27 November.
